Limited Permitted Use (Non-Commercial Only)

You may, for personal and non-commercial purposes only:

  • View pages on this site and share links (URLs) to our pages on your personal social profiles.
  • Quote brief excerpts of text for commentary or review with clear credit (“© Utmost Province®”) and a link/URL back to the original page.

Prohibited Uses (Without Written Permission)

  • Reproduction, distribution, public display, performance, or creation of derivative works from the Content.
  • Any commercial use in any channel (marketplaces, ads, emails, print, packaging, listings, product pages, lookbooks, etc.).
  • Editing, cropping, removing, obscuring, or altering watermarks or copyright-management information (IPTC/XMP).
  • Hotlinking our assets, automated scraping/crawling to download assets, or bypassing technical measures.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, or redistributing site/app code (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, schema, JSON).
  • Submitting Content to stock libraries, datasets, or aggregators; re-publishing on other platforms without permission.
  • Using our Content, brand, or likeness to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI/ML systems or datasets.
  • Impersonation, false endorsement, or using our marks in domains, handles, ads, or metadata.

Copyright-Management Information (CMI)

Our files may contain embedded CMI (e.g., IPTC/XMP metadata). Do not remove or alter CMI. Removal or alteration may violate 17 U.S.C. §1202 and similar laws and can increase damages for infringement.

Licensing Requests

For editorial or commercial licenses, email brandprotection@utmostprovince.com with intended use, territory, duration, media/channels, distribution scope, asset references, and deadlines.

Reporting Infringement

To report unauthorized use of Utmost Province® Content, send URLs, screenshots, and your contact details to brandprotection@utmostprovince.com. Utmost Province Co. may submit takedown notices to platforms, hosts, or ISPs as appropriate.

Third-Party & Open-Source Components

Third-party and open-source components remain the property of their owners and are governed by their respective licenses. Nothing here grants rights beyond those licenses.

Enforcement & Remedies

Utmost Province Co. monitors misuse and may take any appropriate action, including removal requests, account takedowns, access blocks, invoices for unlicensed use, and legal action. Utmost Province Co. reserves all rights and remedies at law and in equity, including injunctive relief.

Legal

This policy supplements your obligations under our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookies Policy, Disclaimers, and Contact pages. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, and are intended to be enforceable worldwide to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts in Tarrant County, Texas.

No waiver is implied by any delay or failure to enforce. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Headings are for convenience only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
