We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, or operating system.

Artistic Independence & Fair Use

Utmost Province Co. is an independent brand. Our handmade and custom apparel feature original designs and artwork created by our in-house designers ( as well as clients who upload their own designs for their custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, and/or hoodies) and/or but not limited to collaborators/collaborations.

Apparel product are/or designed by independent artists and/or clients who may upload/request a custom design which may be inspired by motorsport, anime, or other cultural themes; however, such inspiration is intended to be fan-inspired or transformative artistic expression under 17 U.S.C. § 107 (Fair Use). Submitted or requested designs that reference or are inspired by existing works must be sufficiently original and transformative and must not replicate or closely resemble any copyrighted or trademarked material.

Handcrafted & Collectible Products

Because Utmost Province Co/Utmost Province apparel pieces are handmade, small variations in print placement, color, texture, or finish can occur. These natural variations are not defects and are not grounds for return outside our posted Return & Refund Policy.

Collectible products — including trading cards, blind boxes, sealed TCG items, and graded cards — are sold “as described” and “as pictured” at the time of sale and are final sale/non-refundable/not eligible for return. Before purchasing you acknowledge and agreed to the terms above and understand fully no guarantee is/or has been made to the items (including but not limited to) mentioned above.

No Guarantee of Availability or Continuity

We do not guarantee that any product, collection, or Service will remain available, that inventory will be in stock, or that pricing will remain unchanged. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

Custom Designs & User-Submitted Content

Utmost Province Co. may offer custom apparel services that allow customers to submit or request designs, including text, images, graphics, or concepts (“User Content”). By submitting or requesting any custom design, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use such content.

You agree that your submitted or requested content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or proprietary rights.

Utmost Province Co. does not independently verify ownership or licensing of user-submitted content and disclaims all liability arising from the use of such content. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Utmost Province Co. from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your submitted or requested designs.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or modify any custom order that we believe may violate intellectual property laws, platform policies, or our internal brand standards.

Custom products are made-to-order and are considered final sale, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
