Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service of Utmost Province Co., LLC (“Utmost Province,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy governs shipments from our Fort Worth, Texas facility to customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

Processing & Handling

  • Processing and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • All items are made to order and are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST begin processing on the next business day.
  • During high-volume, promotional, or holiday periods, processing may extend to 3–4 business days.
  • If an unusual delay occurs before shipment, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Carriers & Shipping Methods

All orders are printed and fulfilled in Fort Worth, Texas. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on destination, order contents, and carrier availability.

  • United States: Economy shipping on eligible orders of $75.00 or more, UPS® Ground, and USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Canada: DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct through Shopify Managed Markets.
  • Australia: DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct through Shopify Managed Markets.

Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only where expressly stated at checkout. Canada and Australia do not include free shipping.

Made-to-Order Items

All apparel is made to order. Production begins after an order is placed and payment is authorized.

If your order contains multiple items, the order is generally processed and shipped together once all items are ready, unless we determine that a separate shipment is necessary.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: Economy shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days after shipment. Carrier-calculated U.S. services may vary by destination.
  • Canada: typically 3–14 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier processing, and customs clearance.
  • Australia: typically 3–14 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier processing, and customs clearance.

Delivery timeframes are provided by carriers and related shipping systems. Weather, customs processing, remote-area routing, peak-season congestion, carrier service interruptions, and other events outside our control may extend delivery.

International Orders, Managed Markets, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada and Australia are processed through Shopify Managed Markets. For eligible Managed Markets transactions, Global-e may act as merchant of record for the international order, and this will be disclosed during checkout where applicable.

For eligible international orders, applicable duties, import taxes, and related cross-border charges may be included in displayed prices and/or collected at checkout through the Managed Markets checkout flow. The final checkout total shown before payment controls.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, and carrier service available at the time of purchase. Customs processing times, border delays, and destination-country requirements remain outside our control.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Address Accuracy & Address Changes

  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
  • We will attempt to help with address change requests before shipment, but changes after shipment are not guaranteed.
  • Carrier rerouting, address correction, or intercept fees may apply where available.
  • If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address supplied by the customer, re-shipping charges must be paid before the order is sent again.

Returned, Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to sender, refused, unclaimed, or otherwise undeliverable, any refund will be issued only after the package is safely returned to us, if returned at all.

Any refund may be reduced by the original shipping charge, return shipping, carrier fees, customs-related charges, handling fees, and any applicable restocking charges permitted under our Return & Refund Policy.

If you want a returned package re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs Refusal, Seizure, and Import Issues

We are not responsible for losses caused by customs refusal, destination-country restrictions, package abandonment, or failure to satisfy local import requirements, unless caused solely by our error.

If a package is refused by customs, abandoned, or not delivered because required import charges were not satisfied, there is no refund obligation unless and until the package is returned to us.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you believe the package is missing, you must contact us at clientservices@utmostprovince.com within 3 business days so that we can assist with a carrier trace or related review where available.

If your package is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged item(s).

We will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries and claims where appropriate, but reimbursement is not guaranteed and remains subject to carrier rules, delivery scans, supporting documentation, and the facts of the shipment.

Delivered Packages, Theft, and Non-Receipt Claims

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If a package is marked delivered but is not located, we recommend checking around the delivery location, with household members, building staff, mail facilities, and neighbors before contacting us.

We may assist with a carrier trace or delivery inquiry, but we do not guarantee reimbursement for packages after carrier-confirmed delivery, including cases involving alleged theft, porch piracy, or misdelivery outside our control.

Signature Confirmation & Higher-Value Orders

We may require signature confirmation on higher-value, limited, or otherwise higher-risk shipments at our discretion.

If signature service is used, successful delivery is determined by the carrier’s delivery record and signature confirmation, where applicable.

Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays, non-performance, or delivery interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, labor disruptions, carrier network issues, governmental actions, cyber incidents, public emergencies, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, shipment and delivery timelines may be extended without liability to us.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our customers and our business, orders flagged by our payment, fraud, or platform systems may be held for review before shipment. We may request additional verification or cancel and refund any order that appears unauthorized, high-risk, or inconsistent with our fraud-prevention procedures.

Shipping Overview
