Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service of Utmost Province Co. (“Utmost Province,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs shipments from our Fort Worth, Texas facility to customers in the United States and Canada. By placing an order, you have read, acknowledge, understand, and agree to this Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Processing & Handling
- Processing and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- The processing time and shipping days are only for operating business hours, which are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm central standard time.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- During high-volume, sale, or holiday periods, processing may extend to 3–4 business days.
- Order cutoff time for expedited shipping options is 1:00 PM CST. All order made after will be shipped the following day (Monday through Friday)
- You will receive an email from orders@utmostprovine.com if an unusual delay occurs.
Carriers & Shipping Methods
All shipments originate from Fort Worth, Texas and are fulfilled through the Shopify shipping system and, where integrated, ShipStation, using the following carriers:
- United States: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day Air (offered as live carrier rates at checkout).
- Canada: USPS/UPS cross-border services offered as live carrier rates at checkout. All Canadian orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Some apparel, collaborations, or collectible drops may be offered as pre-order or made-to-order items. These items ship only after the official release date or once production is complete.
Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may shift due to production, supply, or carrier issues. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together when all items are available, unless separate shipping is purchased.
Delivery Estimates
- U.S. orders: typically 4–7 business days after shipment.
- Canadian orders: typically 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Delivery timelines are provided by USPS/UPS and are outside our control. Weather, carrier volume, customs, or force majeure may extend delivery. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Insurance & High-Value Shipments
To protect both the customer and our business, orders valued at $150 USD or higher are automatically insured for their declared value through our carrier or integrated insurance provider (e.g., Shipsurance via ShipStation) when available.
For orders below $150, you may request additional insurance before the order ships by emailing orders@utmostprovince.com. If no insurance is purchased on lower-value orders, reimbursement in case of loss will be limited to the carrier’s standard terms.
We may require a signature upon delivery for high-value, limited, or collectible shipments. If you request to waive signature, you assume all risk of theft or non-receipt after carrier-confirmed delivery.
Transit Insurance Terms
Insurance covers the package only while in transit and only up to the declared value. Coverage ends when the carrier scans the package as “Delivered.” Losses due to incorrect/incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, porch piracy after delivery, or force majeure are generally not covered by the insurer. Utmost Province Co. will assist with filing a claim but is not the insurer of record and is not liable for claim denials issued by USPS, UPS, or the insurance provider.
Risk of Loss & Title
All items ship FOB Origin (Fort Worth, Texas). Under UCC § 2-509, title and risk of loss transfer to you once USPS or UPS accepts the package. After this point, delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier are not the responsibility of Utmost Province Co.
Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the package “Delivered,” even if you are not physically present at the time of delivery.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- You must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
- Address change requests after shipment may not be possible and may incur carrier rerouting fees.
- Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will require payment of new shipping charges to be resent.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, freight forwarders, or addresses outside the U.S. and Canada unless specifically noted.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact orders@utmostprovince.com within 3 business days so we can help initiate a carrier trace. We will assist, but final liability rests with the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
Visible damage or shortage must be reported within 7 calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery and must include clear photos of the packaging and item. Claims filed outside this window may be denied by the carrier or insurer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)
All Canadian orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means you, the customer, are solely responsible for paying any import duties, GST/HST, brokerage, or customs clearance fees assessed by your local authority.
Refused, abandoned, or returned packages due to non-payment of customs or taxes may be refunded at our discretion, less original shipping, return shipping, and any applicable restocking or handling fees, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Force Majeure & Carrier Delays
We are not liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, labor disputes, carrier network outages, cyber incidents, governmental actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, shipping timelines are extended for the duration of the event.
Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect customers and our brand, orders flagged by Shopify or our fraud-prevention apps may be held for manual review. We may request additional verification (billing match, ID match, or email confirmation). We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or high-risk orders and refund the payment method on file.
